Travels with a Gourmet

a food lover's travels, memorable meals, culinary trials and gastronomic experiences

Yesterday, we went for lunch at Purobeach and were pleasantly surprised with the change in management and the menu improvements. It was a scorching day but quite pleasant to sit in the shade and eat al fresco and enjoy the scene and the chill out music. Lunch was a Thai beef salad, grilled tuna with grilled vegtables, grilled pork tenderloin with coleslaw and lots and lots of chilled Voss mineral water. After some dessert, we hit the shops at the mini-mall of Laguna Village and were able to get some good bargains from French label, Antik Batik.
