Dorado Beach Club has closed West Beach and opened their new beach restaurant – Barlovento.  Housed in the Ambassadors of the Environment building (which is run by the the Ritz-Carlton Reserve), Barlovento also has a non-motorized water sports facility offering lessons in kayaking, paddle boarding, wind surfing, kite surfing and sailing.  The restaurant is bright …
