Winter is definitely here and in the Costa del Sol, that can be deceiving. Most days are sunny and look warm from inside but as soon as one steps outside, there is a large drop in temperature so although it feels like it’s 20C, it’s actually only 15C.
I’ve been fooled by the warm sun over the last week and now, as a consequence have a throat infection and haven’t been feeling great which is the reason why there haven’t been any posts or recent gourmet wanderings. As soon as I finish my antibiotics and feel better, I’ll get back to some cooking and eating. I promise.
